Cancel more than twelve hours before a class and a make-up credit is issued automatically in the portal. Later than that, or a no-show, uses the class. Weekly plans carry two credits a term; twice-weekly carry four. Credits expire at the end of the following term.
Fees are charged on the first of each month for that month. An itemised invoice appears in the portal five days earlier. A failed payment is retried twice over seven days before a late fee applies.
Unused whole months are refunded on request. Part-months are not. The registration fee is not refundable once the first class has been taught.
Two weeks’ notice in the portal ends the enrolment at the end of that month, so the slot can go to a family on the waiting list. Materials stay downloadable for thirty days afterwards.
Classes are recorded for the student’s own revision and kept ninety days. Recordings are never shared outside the family and the teacher. Recital video is published only with written consent, and for students under thirteen only with a guardian’s.
The school holds only what it needs to teach and to bill: name, contact details, level, attendance, fee history. Nothing is sold or shared with advertisers. A family may request an export or deletion at any time.
Classes are a calm and respectful space. Cameras on, a quiet room, and an instrument or drone app ready before the hour.
